10:43 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg "moderately" updated its forecasts for CTP (CTPNV.AS), noting that it continues to view the company's portfolio potential in a positive light despite its "disappointing" year-to-date share price performance. "CTP's stock strongly retreated following its H1 results on 30 July, with it down by 11% since then. While our positive view on CTP's portfolio potential is unchanged, we think that the company should aim to highlight the strength of its operational footing, in addition to its long-term growth aspirations, at the upcoming capital markets day (CMD) in September," analysts said in a note published Tuesday. "Currently, Poland, into which CTP expanded in 2021, comprises 7% of the company's standing portfolio and 15% of the development pipeline, reflecting the country's relevance to the group. The local market's fundamentals are highly attractive, in our view, but also competitive." Against this backdrop, the estimates for funds from operations per share were trimmed by 1.3% and 0.3% for 2026 and 2028, respectively, while that for 2027 remains unchanged. The forecasts for rents and EBIT were also downwardly adjusted for all three years. "With the company poised to provide insights into its local operations, to affirm its broadly defensive financing strategy, and to further specify its global ambitions following the recent investments in Vietnam, we would expect the disconnect between CTP's operations and the stock valuation to at least start to narrow," the research firm added, retaining the stock's buy rating and 21 euro price target.
