Aptahem, Jarlen Capital Sign Asset Outlicensing, Commercial Partnership Deal

05:02 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aptahem (APTA.ST) signed a partnership deal with management consulting company Jarlen Capital to out-license and seek out commercial collaborations for its assets. Under the performance-based agreement, Jarlen Capital will only receive a success fee payment if it successfully identifies and processes a commercial transaction for the Swedish biotechnology company's assets, according to a Tuesday release.
