Saudi Bourse Outlines Fluctuation Limits for Arabian Pipes' Capital Increase

03:28 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Saudi Exchange set the fluctuation limits for Arabian Pipes Co.'s (SASE:2200) capital increase by issuing bonus shares after approval at its extraordinary general meeting on Monday. The limits will be based on the steel tube manufacturer's share price of 5.08 Saudi riyals, with outstanding orders to be canceled, according to a Tuesday notice. The Securities Depository Center, or Edaa, will deposit the additional shares into the portfolios of investors by Thursday.
