Nivika Fastigheter Closes Residential, Commercial Property Transactions in Sweden

11:43 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nivika Fastigheter (NIVI-B.ST) completed the sale of three residential properties in Sweden, with an annual rental value of 14.4 million kronor, to an unnamed local investor. The divested Hygiea 3, Banken 14 and Banken 18 properties in Vetlanda cover over 10,000 square meters of lettable area, the real estate company said Monday. Nivika also finalized its purchase of Trucken 7 in Vetlanda, which encompasses a lettable area of 6,500 square meters. The acquired commercial property has an annual rental value of 3.1 million kronor.
