Ref.MFC PT. 51/2026 August 24, 2026 The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Dear Sir, Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and Record Date for the right to obtain the dividend of MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (MII) As MII has the policy to pay the dividends to unitholders at least two times per year at the minimum rate of 90% of the adjusted net profit of the accounting period or to pay the dividend from the retained earnings. On August 24, 2026, the Property Investment Committee agreed to the dividend distribution for the operating period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, as well as the estimated dividend for the period from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026. The dividend payment will be paid from net profit at the rate of 0.2060 Baht per unit. The Record Date for entitlement of unitholders to receive the dividend is September 7, 2026, and the dividend will be paid to unitholders on September 22, 2026 Please be informed accordingly and distribute the above information to the public.
