SET notifies TAPAC to urgently eliminate the grounds for delisting

Information analysis Subject : Reminding investors to analyze Information Security Symbol - TAPACO PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (TAPAC) Description : According to the announcement of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Tapaco Public Company Limited (TAPAC) is subject to possible delisting from failure to submit the financial statements within specified deadlines which will be due to eliminate the ground for delisting on September 21, 2026. Currently, the due date to eliminate the grounds for delisting is almost due. Therefore, SET would like to inform TAPAC to urgently eliminate the grounds for delisting. If TAPAC are unable to eliminate the grounds for delisting within specified period, SET will propose to the SET's Board of Governors to consider delisting the companies' securities accordingly. ______________________________________________________________________
