Novavest Real Estate Reports Higher H1 Earnings, Total Operating Income

10:44 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Novavest Real Estate (NREN.SW) said Wednesday that earnings and total operating income for the first half rose year over year. Earnings excluding effects from revaluation and deferred taxes for the six months ended June 30 were 15.2 million francs, compared with 12.7 million francs earlier. EPS excluding effects from revaluation and deferred taxes moved to 1.49 francs from 1.25 francs. The Swiss property company's total operating income was 24.3 million francs, compared with 21.5 million francs a year ago.
