Denmark's SP Group Takes Over UK's OGM Moulding for GBP18 Million

09:04 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Danish plastic products company SP Group (SPG.CO) acquired British injection-molded precision components supplier OGM Moulding and its units to support the group's expansion plans. The transaction has a fixed consideration of 18 million pounds sterling, on a cash- and debt-free basis, plus an earn-out payment of up to 6 million pounds, contingent on OGM's earnings performance in 2027 and 2028, according to a Wednesday release. OGM will maintain its name and operate as a separate unit under SP Group, while the companies integrate their finance, procurement, and commercial coordination activities.
