Notification of the Resignation of the Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer and the Appointment of a New Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer

Change of director/Executive Ms. Watcharaporn Suwinchai has resigned from the positions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Acting Person Taking Highest Responsibility in Accounting and Finance (Acting CFO), and Chairman of the Executive Committee, due to other commitments. She will continue to serve as a Director and an authorized signatory director of the Company.
