04:47 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FAB Securities revised its price target for Talabat Holding (DFM:TALABAT) as it took note of the online food delivery company's second-quarter earnings. "We maintained our rating to BUY on TALABAT with a revised target price of AED 1.45. TALABAT delivered resilient operating performance in 2Q26, with GMV increasing 11.4% YOY to USD 2.9 Bn, while underlying growth reached c.15% YOY after adjusting for the Eid calendar shift, supported by resilient customer activity, higher multi-vertical engagement and strong growth in non-GCC markets," analysts said in a Tuesday first look note. The company logged a second-quarter net profit of $100 million, higher than FAB's $85 million forecast. The figure reflects a 17.9% year-over-year decline, which analysts attributed to higher expenses and impairments, alongside lower other income. Management revenue was $1.14 billion, against the research firm's estimate of $1.03 billion. "Looking ahead, the operating outlook remains supported by continued Grocery & Retail expansion, higher Pro penetration and deeper multi-vertical engagement. G&A expenses are expected to follow the usual QOQ pattern, while continued operating leverage should support margins, with 2Q26 EBITDA margin of 5.0% already exceeding the prior guidance of 4.8%; FX exposure remains limited, primarily to Egypt, and is already incorporated into the 2026 guidance," analysts added. The stock's price target stood at 1.30 dirhams as of Feb. 18, according to FAB's website.
