Nostrum Oil & Gas Extends Deadline for Senior Secured Notes Tender Offer

The independent energy company expects the extension to provide eligible noteholders additional time to consider the offer following a recently announced agreement to sell its Kazakhstan business, which may represent a "material change" affecting the tender. The remaining terms and conditions of the tender offer are unchanged.
