Vast Resources Raises GBP8 Million via Share Sale

03:26 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vast Resources (VAST.L) said Wednesday that it raised 7.8 million pounds sterling via a placing, a subscription, and a retail offer. The mining company issued 94,400,000 shares for the placing, 26,359,826 shares for the subscription, and 4,800,000 for the retail offer, all priced at 0.0625 pound apiece. Proceeds were earmarked for general working capital requirements, to settle creditors, loans, and professional fees for its completed reverse takeover of Gulf International Minerals, as well as to develop its Aprelevka assets. Additionally, the company plans to raise another 500,000 pounds through a subscription offer.
