International Public Partnerships to Divest GBP58 Million Private-public Portfolio

02:32 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- International Public Partnerships (INPP.L) agreed to sell its shareholdings in nine UK private-public partnership projects to a separately managed account by InfraRed Capital Partners on behalf of a pension fund. The disposal, which covers 15 schools located across four boroughs in London, the UK, is expected to generate gross proceeds of 58 million pounds sterling, the infrastructure investor said Wednesday.
