Oxford Nanopore Technologies' H1 Attributable Loss Narrows; Revenue Up

02:18 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT.L) said Wednesday that its attributable loss for the first half decreased, while revenue rose year over year. Loss attributable to ordinary equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 48 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 71.8 million pounds a year ago. Loss per share moved to 0.049 pound from 0.075 pound. The British molecular sensing technology group's revenue was 116.7 million pounds, compared with 105.6 million pounds earlier. For 2026, the company affirmed its guidance of 16% to 20% growth in revenue at constant currency, excluding $20 million non-recurring revenue from the global cross-licensing agreement. Revenue growth is expected to be between 23% and 27% including the non-recurring revenue. The company also aims to achieve revenue of more than $700 million by 2030.
