Enad Global 7 Closes $3 Million Acquisition of Cold Iron Studios' Assets, Contractual Rights

01:31 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enad Global 7 (EG7.ST) completed the planned $3 million purchase of assets and contractual rights of Cold Iron Studios, the developer of the shooting game Aliens: Fireteam Elite. The gaming group took over the assets and rights of Cold Iron's business, including intellectual property, contracts, technology, development assets, and the license for the game's use of the Alien franchise IP in Aliens: Fireteam Elite, according to a Wednesday release. Cold Iron will keep certain unidentified assets. In line with the new operating structure, the parties amended their publishing deal for Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 to provide Enad with a first-out recoupment of its eligible development, publishing, and commercialization costs, before adopting a profit-sharing structure.
