Microsoft's GitHub Says 'Working Toward Mitigation' After Actions Services Issue

"Larger Runners remain impacted, with some Actions jobs being queued for a long time and a percentage of jobs failing," the developer platform said on its EU dashboard, following an outage of various GitHub services on Monday.
