DSM-Firmenich Chair to Retire; Board Proposes Successor

01:15 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DSM-Firmenich (DSFIR.AS) said Tuesday that Thomas Leysen decided to retire as chairman of the board. The fragrance and flavor company's board proposed appointing independent director Richard Ridinger as the new chair. Ridinger's appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 19. Leysen will leave the position after the shareholder vote.
