Euronext Oslo Børs Receives OMC Tankers' Trading Application

08:25 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euronext Oslo Børs said Friday it received OMC Tankers' application for admission to trading of its depositary receipts on Euronext Growth Oslo. Crude oil tanker operator Bruton (BRUT.OL) previously announced that its board had approved a plan to demerge eight very large crude carrier newbuildings into a new Bermuda-incorporated company, OMC Tankers. The demerger was conditional on OMC Tankers securing a stock exchange listing.
