EU OKs Brookfield, Mitsubishi HC Capital's Joint Control of MHBF Renewables

The regulator said Friday the transaction, which involves the generation and wholesale of electricity from renewable sources, is not expected to raise competition concerns due to the limited market positions. The target was previously solely controlled by Brookfield.
