Neo Next+'s Acquisition of Deltic Energy Becomes Effective

03:01 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neo Next+ Energy Upstream UK's cash takeover of Deltic Energy (DELT.L) took effect following delivery of the court sanction order to the UK Registrar of Companies earlier on Friday, according to a same-day release. As such, the natural resources investor will be delisted from the London stock exchange on Aug. 17. The companies announced the recommended cash offer in May.
