No. RMG 61/2026 14 August 2026 Subject: Extension of the loan repayment period, waivers of the compliance with the conditions in respect of the financing arrangements of the Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back Condition To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Grande Royal Orchid Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust with Buy-Back Condition (the "GROREIT") had entered into the financing arrangements for a credit facility of Baht 1,350 million with Government Savings Bank ("Lender") for investing in Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers Project (the "Property") which the maturity of the Loan was on 14 July 2026. One Asset Management Limited, ("ONEAM") in the capacity as the REIT Manager hereby informs that GROREIT has requested the Lender to consider an extension of the loan repayment period and waivers of the compliance with the conditions in respect of the financing arrangements. Currently, the Lender is in the process of considering such request and GROREIT will keep the unitholders updated accordingly. Please be informed accordingly.
