Notification of summary of significant questions and answers from the 2026 two-way communication with Unitholders and the appointment of the auditors

BBL Asset Management Company Limited ("Management Company"), as the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) ("the Fund"), has delivered the report for the 2026 two-way communication with Unitholders of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund ("Report") along with annual report for the year 2025/26 by registered post and has disclosed such documents on the Fund's website since 8 July 2026. The Management Company allowed the Unitholders to submit questions and inquiries related to the Report and the annual report for the year 2025/26 during 8 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, as details in the information that the Management Company published on the digital platform of the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 8 July 2026 re: Disclosure of the report for the 2026 two-way communication with Unitholders of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund. The Management Company would like to inform that the period for submission of questions and inquiries related to the Report and the annual report for the year 2025/26, has already passed. In this regard, the Management Company has prepared a summary of significant questions in the form of questions and answers ("Q&A") from additional inquiries made by unitholders during the specified period. The Q&A has been published on the Fund's website at https://www.btsgif.com/en/investor-relations/downloads/unitholder-meeting since 14 August 2026. In addition, according to the Report, unitholders have been notified of the appointment of the auditor of EY Office Co., Ltd. as the auditor of the Fund for the financial statements for the year 2026/27 and has set the audit expense for the year 2026/27 in the amount of Baht 1,800,000 (excluding other expenses) with the following details: 1. Mr. Serm Brisuthikun Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 9452 and/or 2. Miss Sirirat Sricharoensup Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 5419 and/or 3. Mr. Vatcharin Pasarapongkul Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 6660 and/or 4. Miss Watoo Kayankannavee Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 5423 and/or 5. Mr. Napop Thanawitchayakarn Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 10266 The auditors from EY Office Co., Ltd. has been approved in accordance with the rules of the office of the SEC. The auditors have no relationship and/or conflict of interest with the Fund and perform duties independently.
