APG SGA to Buy Locations of ESH Médias Group's Poster Brand in French-speaking Switzerland

11:45 PM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- APG SGA (APGN.SW) will acquire the digital and analogue locations of ESH Médias Group's poster brand across French-speaking Switzerland as part of a new collaboration that will take effect on Jan. 1, 2027. The Swiss outdoor advertising company said Thursday the collaboration will also cover Impactmedias, the advertising agency of ESH Médias. It is expected to expand the commercial coverage of the group to advertising in public spaces and public transport. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
