Germany's Gateway Real Estate Plans Move to Scale Segment of Frankfurt Bourse

01:14 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gateway Real Estate (GTY.F) said Wednesday it intends to move its shares to the scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's open market from the regulated market. The German real estate company expects the shares to begin trading on the scale segment on Aug. 25. Gateway said the move is aimed at reducing regulatory, compliance, and administrative costs while maintaining public trading of its shares in Germany.
