Glaston Settles US Patent Infringement Lawsuit Over Glass Tempering Technology

09:18 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Glaston (GLA1V.HE) said Monday its US patent infringement lawsuit involving its glass tempering technology has been fully resolved following a settlement. The glass processing technology company reached a settlement agreement with Shanghai Northglass Technology & Industry Co.'s North American partner Salem Fabrication Technologies Group, d/b/a HHH Equipment Resources, the terms of which remain confidential. Glaston filed the lawsuit in December 2021.
