Lumo Homes Secures EUR100 Million Unsecured Financing

07:03 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Finnish residential developer Lumo Homes (LUMO.HE) said Monday it signed a 100 million-euro unsecured term loan facility agreement with OP Corporate Bank. The loan will be used to refinance a 75 million-euro loan with the bank maturing in 2027 and for the company's general corporate purposes. The new facility has a three-year term with two one-year extension options.
