NEPI Rockcastle Unit Signs EUR250 Million Green Term Loan Facility

06:01 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NEPI Rockcastle (NRP.AS, NRP.JO) said Monday that its unit, NE Property BV, signed a 250 million-euro green term loan facility with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The real estate company will allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds of the fully committed, senior unsecured facility to eligible green projects aimed at improving the environmental performance of its property portfolio and supporting its climate transition objectives. The facility matures in 2034 and is available for drawdown until the end of March 2027.
