Adeer Real Estate Posts Growth in H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Falls

05:16 AM EDT, 08/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adeer Real Estate (SASE:9634) said Sunday that attributable profit for the first half of 2026 jumped, while revenue declined year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 70.6 million Saudi riyals, compared with 68.3 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 14.12 riyals from 13.66 riyals. The Saudi Arabia-based real estate company's revenue was 84 million riyals, compared with 100.7 million riyals a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an unchanged cash dividend of 5 riyals per share for the period, payable on Sept. 14 to shareholders on record Sept. 1.
