4imprint Group Logs Lower H1 Profit; Revenue Rises

02:33 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 4imprint Group (FOUR.L) said Wednesday its profit for the first half declined, while revenue rose year over year. Profit for the 26 weeks ended June 27 was $43.5 million, compared with $55.5 million a year earlier. EPS moved to $1.547 from $1.969. The promotional products marketer's revenue was $666.4 million, compared with $659.4 million a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an unchanged interim dividend of $0.80 per share for the period, payable on Sept. 14 to shareholders on record Aug. 14. Looking ahead, the company expects its full-year 2026 revenue to be slightly above $1.35 billion logged in 2025 and adjusted profit before tax to be $130 million.
