Adnoc Distribution Posts Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

12:39 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. for Distribution (ADX:ADNOCDIST), d/b/a Adnoc Distribution, said Wednesday that attributable profit and revenue for the first half rose year over year. Net profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 2.09 billion Emirati dirhams, compared with 1.32 billion dirhams earlier. EPS moved to 0.167 dirham from 0.105 dirham. The Abu Dhabi-based fuel distributor and retailer's revenue was 22.04 billion dirhams, compared with 17.11 billion dirhams a year ago. Meanwhile, the board approved a dividend of 0.0514 dirham per share for the second quarter, payable on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record on Aug. 14.
