Cellnex Telecom to Begin Up to EUR200 Million Share Buyback Program

The Spanish telecommunications infrastructure operator sought the assistance of Morgan Stanley Europe for the program, which is being carried out to reduce its share capital. Shares that will be acquired under the scheme are earmarked for cancellation.
