Daniel Management Group Tapped to Manage Fox Lake Multifamily Development
Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, has been awarded a new management assignment for The Quarry.
The property was developed by Sterling Hall Capital and offers 154 luxury apartments in Fox Lake, Illinois, a northwest Chicago suburb. The Quarry features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. “DMG is excited to be a part of The Quarry from day one and helping to bring this new housing to Fox Lake,” said Roger Daniel, president and founder of DMG. DMG will be managing through the lease-up.
