FIH Group to Divest Momart Unit in GBP8 Million Deal

04:33 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FIH Group (FIH.L) agreed to sell its subsidiary Momart to Compagnie Générale du Roumois, or CGR, a unit of Horus Finance, for 7.6 million pounds sterling in cash. The transaction is expected to close on Sept. 30, subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting scheduled for Aug. 28, according to a Tuesday release. The specialist services group will use most of the net proceeds for shareholder returns and retain the remainder within the group and its remaining operating division, Falkland Islands Co. Ltd.
