Intuitive Investments' Merger With Acceler8 Ventures Advances

01:25 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intuitive Investments Group's (IIG.L) acquisition through a scheme of arrangement by London-listed cash shell company Acceler8 Ventures (AC8.L) received the requisite majority of shareholder votes. At the court meeting, 94.87% of scheme shareholders voted in favor at the general meeting, according to a Monday filing. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to other conditions, including a sanction of the scheme of arrangement at a court hearing on Thursday. The scheme is expected to take effect on Aug. 13.
