Luxembourg-based entity Eugenie Patri Sebastien offered the shares in a block trade arranged by JPMorgan Chase. The vehicle manages holdings for some of the company's Belgian owners, including the Van Damme, de Mevius, and de Spoelberch families, according to the report.
