05:07 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Some of Anheuser-Busch InBev's (ABI.BR, ANH.JO), d/b/a AB InBev's, Belgian family owners sold 10 million shares in the brewer at 73.10 euros apiece for a total of 731 million euros, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing deal terms it saw. Luxembourg-based entity Eugenie Patri Sebastien offered the shares in a block trade arranged by JPMorgan Chase. The vehicle manages holdings for some of the company's Belgian owners, including the Van Damme, de Mevius, and de Spoelberch families, according to the report.
