Sumou Real Estate's H1 Net Profit, Revenue Rise

Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 67.1 million Saudi riyals, compared with 59.4 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 1.34 riyals from 1.19 riyals. The Saudi Arabia-listed real estate company's revenue was 334.2 million riyals, compared with 205.7 million riyals a year ago. Meanwhile, the board resolved to pay an unchanged cash dividend of 0.5 riyal per share for the period, payable on Sept. 29 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 15.
