Saudi Arabia's Ardco Reports Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

02:10 AM EDT, 08/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arriyadh Development (SASE:4150), d/b/a Ardco, said Sunday that attributable profit and revenue for the first half increased year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 108.9 million Saudi riyals, compared with 107.7 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 0.47 riyal from 0.49 riyal. The Saudi Arabia-listed property group's revenue was 177.8 million riyals, compared with 142.4 million riyals a year ago.
