Aldar Properties Books AED1.5 Billion in Sales for New Residential Development in Abu Dhabi

07:48 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) said Friday it generated sales of 1.5 billion Emirati dirhams during the launch of The Canopies residential community in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The real estate developer launched the six-building complex, which comprises 592 apartments, on July 21. Due to the strong demand, Aldar plans to offer further residences in the Yas Point area in the second half.
