By virtue of Section 171 (4) and 171 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET's Board of Governors has approved the delisting of BANPUU's and BPP's securities and the listing of BANPU's securities since the day that the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted registration of the amalgamation on Jul 31, 2026 (effective in the trading system on Aug 3, 2026) and to be traded on Aug 4, 2026 onwards. For the first day of trading of BANPU on Aug 4, 2026, SET will waive the ceiling/floor price rule, dynamic price band, and auto-pause.
