SET delists the securities of BANPUU and BPP

Delisting Subject : Delisting Company name - BANPU PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (BANPUU) - BANPU POWER PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (BPP) Delisted date : 31-Jul-2026 Reason : - Amalgamation Remark : According to Banpu Public Company Limited (BANPUU) and Banpu Power Public Company Limited (BPP) have already completed the amalgamation processes and the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted registration of the amalgamation, As a result, the mentioned companies will be lost their status as juristic persons and all assets, liabilities, rights, duties and responsibilities of mentioned companies will be transferred to Banpu Public Company Limited (BANPU). By virtue of Section 171 (4) and 171 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET's Board of Governors has approved the delisting of BANPUU's and BPP's securities and the listing of BANPU's securities since the day that the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted registration of the amalgamation on Jul 31, 2026 (effective in the trading system on Aug 3, 2026) and to be traded on Aug 4, 2026 onwards. ______________________________________________________________________
