Taylor Wimpey to Begin GBP42 Million Share Buyback Program

03:17 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Taylor Wimpey (TW.L) will commence on Friday a share buyback program of up to 41.9 million pounds sterling, according to a same-day filing. The British housebuilder is looking to reduce its share capital through the buyback, with purchased shares earmarked for cancellation. The program is being carried out under authorization for the repurchase of up to 333,809,915 shares in the company. It will run until Dec. 31, with Merrill Lynch International assisting in the execution.
