Rightmove Posts Growth in H1 Attributable Profit, Revenue

Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 111.2 million pounds sterling, compared with 109.9 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.147 pound from 0.141 pound. The British property portal operator's revenue was 225.8 million pounds, compared with 211.7 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board approved an interim dividend of 0.0417 pound per share for the period, payable Oct. 23 to shareholders on record Sept. 25. It paid 0.0405 pound per share in the year-ago period. For full-year 2026, the company now expects revenue growth in the 6% to 8% range, compared with previous projections of between 8% and 10%. Underlying EPS is still expected to increase at least 5% for the year.
