Brave Bison Group Clarifies No Shareholder Support Sought, Received for System1 Bid

The statement followed the publication of the London-listed media, marketing and technology company's offer announcement, which stated that it had consulted 14% of System1 shareholders. The UK's Takeover Panel asked Brave Bison to clarify that the statement should not be interpreted as indicating, implying or suggesting that any shareholders support the offer.
