Molten Ventures Extends Share Repurchase Program by GBP15 Million

01:33 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Molten Ventures (GROW.L) said Thursday it extended its share repurchase program launched in January by up to 15 million pounds sterling. The extended tranche follows completion of an initial tranche of 10 million pounds and takes the maximum aggregate consideration under the share repurchase program to 75 million pounds, the British venture capital company said. Deutsche Numis will continue to execute the extended tranche independently.
