Saint-Gobain's H1 Net Income, Sales Decline

11:05 PM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (SGO.PA) said Thursday that its net income and sales for the first half decreased year over year. Group share of net income for the six months ended June 30 was 1.42 billion euros, compared with 1.63 billion euros a year ago. EPS moved to 2.87 euros from 3.26 euros. The French construction material manufacturer's sales were 23.60 billion euros, compared with 23.85 billion euros earlier.
