Hanmi Financial Closes $55M Offering Of Fixed-To-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes

Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:HAFC, or the "Company")), the parent company of Hanmi Bank (the "Bank"), today announced the closing of a $55.0 million private placement of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes. The Company plans to use the net proceeds to redeem its outstanding $110.0 million of callable subordinated notes and for general corporate purposes.
