Greencoat UK Wind Swings to H1 Profit; Investment Income Up

02:59 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greencoat UK Wind (UKW.L) said Thursday that it swung to an attributable profit in the first half, while investment income rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 127.2 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 72.4 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.0589 pound from a loss per share of 0.0323 pound. The renewable infrastructure fund's investment income was 252.2 million pounds, compared with 216.7 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board approved a quarterly dividend of 0.0268 pound per share for the quarter ended June 30, payable on Aug. 28 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 14. It paid 0.0259 pound per share a year ago. This takes the interim dividend to 0.0536 pound per share, compared with 0.0518 pound per share in the previous year.
