Intesa Sanpaolo Posts Higher H1 Net Income, Operating Income

07:08 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP.MI) said Wednesday its net income and operating income for the first half increased year over year. Net income for the six months ended June 30 was 5.55 billion euros, compared with 5.22 billion euros earlier. The Italian lender's operating income was 14.53 billion euros, compared with 13.80 billion euros a year ago. For full-year 2026, the company upgraded its net income outlook to over 10 billion euros from its previous guidance of around 10 billion euros.
