Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals Signs Collaboration in Lithuania to Advance CAR-T Therapy for Blood Cancers

05:52 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals (HEMO.L) signed a letter of intent with Lithuania-based National Cancer Centre at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos for a scientific and clinical collaboration to advance CAR-T therapy for blood cancers. The biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday that patient treatment will proceed under Lithuania's hospital exemption framework and other applicable pathways, in line with both Lithuanian law and the European Union rules governing advanced therapy medicinal products. Hemogenyx will retain full ownership of all intellectual property, related data, and regulatory rights connected to the therapy and its FLT3 CAR-T technology.
