Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Closes $9 Billion Purchase of Macquarie AirFinance

03:21 AM EDT, 07/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dubai Aerospace Enterprise completed the acquisition of Macquarie AirFinance from global asset manager Macquarie Asset Management at an enterprise value of $9 billion. The Dubai-based aviation services company said Wednesday it has a fleet of 1,000 owned, managed, and committed aircraft, with purchase commitments for 150 aircraft with Boeing (BCO.F). Airbus (AIR.PA), ATR, and trading counterparties. The deal was announced in February 2026.
